WARDC Chairman Calls for More Resources for Local Councils

Chairman of the Western Area Rural District Council (WARDC), Kasho Holland-Cole, has called on the Government of Sierra Leone to provide local councils with more funding, land and resources to improve service delivery.

Speaking on the Ecko Morning Show, Holland-Cole said the council needs land to develop facilities such as a market in Waterloo and waste-management sites.
