Musa Tombo Returns to Premier League Football With Late Winner for Waterloo FC

Sierra Leone international striker Musa Noah Kamara, popularly known as Musa Tombo, has marked his return to Premier League football with a winning goal for Waterloo FC.

Waterloo FC defeated Bullom Stars one-nil on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at the Approved School Field. The victory gave the newly promoted side its first three points of the 2026/27 Leone Rock Premier League season.

The match was closely contested, with Bullom Stars enjoying more possession during the opening 25 minutes. Waterloo FC, however, remained organised and defended well against the early pressure.

Both teams created scoring opportunities as the match progressed, but neither side managed to find the net during the first half and much of the second half.

Tombo finally broke the deadlock in the 83rd minute, scoring the decisive goal to give Waterloo FC the lead. Bullom Stars pushed for an equaliser in the closing minutes, but Waterloo FC held on to secure the win.
