Samuel Conteh Becomes Second Sierra Leonean to Reach 50 Wickets in T20 International Cricket

Sierra Leone pace bowler Samuel Conteh has made history by taking his 50th wicket in international T20 cricket. He reached the milestone during his team’s ILT20 Continent Cup match against Botswana on Sunday, September 20.
Conteh achieved the feat in his 45th match after dismissing Botswana’s captain, Thatayaone Tshose. He is now only the second Sierra Leonean bowler to hit 50 T20 wickets, following teammate George Sesay who reached the mark earlier this year.
