Police Tighten Security in Kenema After Catholic Priest’s Murder

The Sierra Leone Police in the Eastern Region have heightened security operations in Kenema following a recent incident that raised concerns over public safety.
In response to the tragic killing of Reverend Augustine Dauda Amadu, Parish Priest of the Immaculate Conception Parish in Kenema, Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) East, Moses Francis Tower, has ordered intensified night patrols across the city. The move is aimed at deterring crime, restoring public confidence, and safeguarding lives and properties.
