Guinean Sierra Leonean Artist Seeks Public Help to Find Mother After Childhood Separation

A Guinean-Sierra Leonean cultural artist, Mom Laga has launched an emotional public appeal to reunite with his mother, from whom he was separated as a child following the breakdown of his parents’ marriage.
According to a narration from a blogger, the artist, who was speaking in Fula, stated that his mother left him and his sister with their father in Guinea at a tender age, taking along with her his younger brother and never return.He disclosed that her mother was from Bo, Eastern Sierra Leone, and had an intermarriage with his Guinean father but later got separated and has not seen her since then and can no longer recognise her.
