Drama in Freetown as Brother and Sister Drag Each Other to Court After Public Fight

An unusual court scene at Pademba Road Magistrate Court, where siblings Suliaman and Susan Tarawally each appeared as both accused and complainant over a public fight in May.

The case took further twists as lawyers swapped sides and a procedural dispute arose over how the prosecution served its evidence.

Magistrate Saio Mamakoh Betty Kallon has ordered both siblings to stay away from each other pending the next hearing.
