APC Flagbearer Hopeful, Bangura, Outlines Governance Vision Focused on Institutional Reform

Professor Ibrahim Bangura, a candidate for the APC flagbearership, has laid out a leadership plan built on fiscal discipline, transparent resource management, and expanded opportunities for youth and women.

Speaking ahead of the party’s National Delegates Conference in Port Loko, Bangura pitched his “Heal, Unite, Build” message as a break from personality politics.

His campaign has also floated a Blue Economy plan to tap ocean resources for growth, and has won backing from the APC’s Dr. Ibrahim Bangura (DIB) Iron Ladies women’s group.
