Kambia Health Officials Push Stronger Accountability, Patient Centered Care at Government Hospital

Health authorities in Kambia have called on hospital workers to improve accountability, professionalism and teamwork.
The call was made during a staff engagement at the Kambia Government Hospital on Tuesday, August 18.

District Medical Officer Dr Sarah Conteh urged health workers to continue supporting national priorities, including the campaign to prevent maternal and child deaths.

She also reminded staff to protect patient confidentiality and treat patients and their relatives with dignity, patience and respect.
