Court Denies Bail to Businessmen Accused of Stealing $37,100 Medical Machine

Pademba Road Court No. 2 has denied bail to two Freetown businessmen accused of involvement in the alleged theft of a medical machine valued at US$37,100, as committal proceedings continue before Magistrate John Manso Fornah.

The accused, Abdul Jabba Mansaray and Joseph Bellon, face separate charges arising from the incident. Mansaray is charged with conspiracy, larceny, and obtaining money by false pretences, while Bellon is charged with receiving stolen goods.
